LOG footage and audio recordings after every take.

BACK UP MEDIA memory cards to a laptop on location as soon as you remove them from a camera or audio recorder.  Copy the files to an external drive or second laptop.

Within 12 hours of a shoot, upload to the SERVER (a) video footage to your project’s “video” sub-folder; (b) audio recordings to the project’s “audio” sub-folder (c) LOGS to the project’s “documentation” sub-folder.

Copy files to OFF-SITE STORAGE (OneDrive, Google Drive, Carbonite, etc.)
